When you call (855) 633-5065 we collect the phone number you called from (caller ID), the time of the call, and any information you give us during the call to book a dumpster or porta potty: delivery address, ZIP code, project type, payment information, and your name. Calls may be recorded for training and quality control. We tell you at the start of every call that recording is on; if you ask the rep to stop recording, they will. Florida is a two-party consent state under FL Statute 934.03 — recording requires both parties to be informed.
Visiting this website logs basic technical information through our hosting provider (Cloudflare): IP address, browser type, referring URL, time of visit. We do not run third-party advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or analytics scripts that follow you across other sites.
To take your order, dispatch the bin, and bill you. To follow up if there is a problem with the delivery (driver running late, address issue, payment hold). To call you back if you left voicemail. To meet legal obligations like landfill manifests and franchise hauler reporting where required.
We do not sell your phone number, email, or address to third parties. We do not share your information with marketing partners. The hauler who actually delivers the bin gets your address and contact info because they have to find your driveway.
Call recordings: up to 12 months, then deleted. Order records: 5 years for Florida sales tax and accounting purposes. Website logs: rotated by Cloudflare on a 30-day cycle.
Florida does not have a comprehensive consumer privacy act like California's CCPA. Florida residents do have rights under the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA, FL Statute 501.171) governing breach notification of personal information, plus a right to request deletion of personal data we hold under contract or service relationship. To exercise either right, call (855) 633-5065 and ask for a privacy request, or write to the address below. We respond within 30 days.
This site does not set cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics. The hosting provider (Cloudflare) may set a security cookie to mitigate bot abuse; this cookie does not identify you.
We do not market to or knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
If we update this policy we will change the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be posted at the top of the page for 30 days.
